Terms and Conditions for Diva Luscious Modelling Agency
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your engagement with Diva Luscious Modelling Agency (“the Agency”). By signing with the Agency, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
◦Model: An individual contracted by the Agency to perform modelling services.
◦Client: Any third party engaging the Agency’s models for assignments.

3. Registration and Representation
3.1 Eligibility: Models must be at least 18 years old or provide parental consent if under 18.
3.2 Contract Term: The standard term is one year, renewable automatically.
4. Agency Responsibilities
4.1 Promotion: The Agency will promote and market its services to potential clients through social media campaigns,blogging and advertising. Selective collaborations are also undertaken by the Agency as a mechanism for promotion and exposure.
4.2 Bookings: The Agency will handle all bookings and scheduling of assignments.
4.3 Payments: The Agency will receive payments from clients and disburse earnings to models after deducting the agreed commission.
5. Model Responsibilities
5.1 Professionalism: Models are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times, including punctuality and adherence to assignment requirements.
5.2 Availability: Models must inform the Agency promptly if their circumstances have changed after a booking has been confirmed.
5.3 Non exclusivity: Models are at liberty to engage in modelling assignments or representation with other clients or other individuals of their choice without notice
6. Fees and Payments
6.1 Commission: The Agency will charge a commission of 20% on all earnings from assignments.
6.2 Payment Terms: An initial deposit is made to secure model booking while a full payment is made 24 hours before the day of assignment. A full booking is guarantee once an initial deposit is made to secure all model bookings.
6.3 Expenses: Any expenses incurred during assignments (e.g., travel, accommodation) must be pre-approved by the client and the Agency.
7. Termination
7.1 Termination by Agency: The Agency may terminate its representation for breach of these Terms or other valid reasons with immediate effect.
7.2 Termination by Model: Models may terminate their contract with immediate effect through a verbal or written notice.
7.3 Post-Termination: Upon termination, models must return any property or materials belonging to the Agency and settle any outstanding obligations.
8. Confidentiality
Models must not disclose any confidential information related to the Agency, clients, or assignments without prior written consent.
9. Liability
The Agency is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage suffered by models during assignments, except where such injury or loss is due to the Agency’s negligence.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through mediation before resorting to litigation.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Scotland and any legal proceedings must be brought to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Scottish courts.
12. Amendments
The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms with 30 days notice given to the models.
